Team Lead Procurement Contract Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supplier Operations team and ensure efficient execution of all processes along the supplier lifecycle
• Manage the quality and maintenance of supplier master data, purchasing conditions, and other supplier-related information
• Monitor operational performance using relevant KPIs and SLAs, managing capacities and implementing improvements
• Ensure compliance with governance, compliance, and data quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Product, and IT teams to resolve escalations
• Drive continuous optimization and automation of supplier processes, including onboarding and self-service workflows

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in business administration, commerce, or supply chain management
• Several years of relevant experience in Supplier Operations, Procurement Operations, Master Data Management, or Supply Chain
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and motivation
• Deep understanding of Supplier Lifecycle Management and supplier onboarding
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365
• Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI management and process optimization
• Ability to communicate confidently with international stakeholders
