Team Lead - Port and Geotechnics

Responsibilities

• Lead the team including resource management, competence development, and recruitment
• Project responsibility for large and complex port and geotechnical projects from tender to execution
• Technical sparring and quality assurance of geotechnical calculations, reports, and tender documents
• Dialogue and collaboration with customers, authorities, consultants, and contractors
• Development of business areas and participation in tender work and bidding strategy
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements in projects

Requirements

• Relevant engineering or master's degree in geotechnics, construction, or equivalent
• Solid experience with geotechnical and port projects
• Documented experience with project management
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Business understanding and commercial sense
