Team Lead Pharmacy Operations, Specialty Health

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and interact with staff to maintain operational efficiency and patient-focused service
• Oversee daily operational activities and delegate work to ensure departmental service levels are met
• Provide regular metric-based updates to the Supervisor regarding operational success and team performance
• Support the development and execution of pharmacy policies and practices
• Act as a point of escalation for provider solutions workflows and technical troubleshooting
• Analyze reports and workforce management data to identify trends in attendance or productivity
• Assist the Quality Assurance team in investigating and following up on risk incidents or quality concerns
• Manage resource allocation and staff scheduling to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements

• Grade 12 High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of retail pharmacy experience
• Proficiency in Windows environment and MS Office
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including at least one closing shift per week and weekends as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialty pharmacy
• Knowledge of Kroll Pharmacy Software
