About the role
Responsibilities
- Support all operational activities and ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Monitor existing processes and analyze effectiveness to improve productivity
- Utilize historical program and operational data to identify trends and recommend enhancements
- Prepare program reports reflecting performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Monitor team workload to ensure timely task completion
- Review staffing model recommendations and shift change request activity
- Collaborate on the design and maintenance of reward and recognition programs
- Assist with the development of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service
- 5 years of progressive healthcare business experience (SPP, hospitals, or insurance)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Experience with Salesforce CRM platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish language fluency preferred
