About the role
Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews, hiring, and training employees
- Planning, assigning, and directing work tasks
- Evaluating employee performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees as necessary
- Addressing employee complaints and resolving issues
- Directly supervising six or more employees
- Traveling to facilities to oversee Care Coordinators and assist as needed
Requirements
- CMA or LPN license required
- Valid Driver's license and access to a vehicle
- At least 2 years of management experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of customer and patient service principles
- Understanding of business and management principles
- Proficiency in English language
- Knowledge of training design and instruction methods
- Familiarity with personnel management principles
