About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conducting interviews, hiring, and training employees
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work tasks
  • Evaluating employee performance
  • Rewarding and disciplining employees as necessary
  • Addressing employee complaints and resolving issues
  • Directly supervising six or more employees
  • Traveling to facilities to oversee Care Coordinators and assist as needed

Requirements

  • CMA or LPN license required
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • At least 2 years of management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of customer and patient service principles
  • Understanding of business and management principles
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Knowledge of training design and instruction methods
  • Familiarity with personnel management principles
