Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a diverse team of developers and training instructors to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
• Plan, execute, and monitor software development and training projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Act as a technical expert in platforms such as ZOHO, webMethods, SAP, or Salesforce to assist in complex problem-solving.
• Assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for professional improvement.
• Foster team growth through mentoring, technical guidance, and hands-on training.
• Liaise with clients and senior management to ensure project alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Optimize team workflows, project methodologies, and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in software development and/or training.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Expertise in one or more platforms: ZOHO, webMethods, SAP, or Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite during office hours of 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
• Platform-specific certifications such as ZOHO Creator or Salesforce Administrator.
