Team Lead, Operations and Workspace

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop maintenance teams responsible for studio space upkeep across Canada
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for multiple sites
• Supervise renovation work performed by external partners
• Manage service providers such as cleaning and catering in collaboration with local teams
• Establish and manage a pan-Canadian budget for maintenance and space projects
• Plan an annual maintenance program for studios
• Support the Art at Ubisoft Montreal program, including art collection conservation
• Monitor equipment and material inventories
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies in all spaces
• Travel between studios via air to support multi-site operations as needed

Requirements

• Solid experience in operations or workspace management
• Demonstrated skills in team management and development
• Experience managing vendors and external partners
• Ability to manage budgets and operational plans on a multi-site scale
• Good knowledge of health and safety standards
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Collaborative approach and ease in cross-team environments
• Ability to travel between studios, including driving when required
• Professional proficiency in French and English
