Team Lead, Offline Repair

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities in the Offline Repair work area to ensure production goals are met
• Manage all tasks within Offline Repair operations, including assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
• Develop, promote, and maintain a safe work environment by following all basic safety procedures
• Train and coach associates on manufacturing practices, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Maintain high quality standards to achieve zero defects and continuously improve processes
• Identify parts and descriptions using work orders and technical documentation
• Communicate job status between shifts to ensure continuity of work in progress
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding associate requests, reviews, and accident investigations

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and use measuring instruments such as rulers, tape measures, and metal squares
• Experience leading or supervising teams within a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of experience working specifically in a manufacturing environment
• Previous supervisory or lead experience in a large manufacturing organization
