Team Lead, Offline Repair

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct manufacturing teams in offline repair operations
• Drive SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) and Lean responsiveness
• Conduct daily huddle meetings focused on area performance and production goals
• Implement and sustain standard work procedures, visual boards, and 6S controls
• Analyze and resolve work problems using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) process
• Coordinate material scheduling and kitting to prevent line shortages
• Maintain efficiency levels at 90% or better
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of related manufacturing or operational experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of AS400 software or similar systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for prolonged periods (up to 10 hours/day)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct manufacturing experience
• Prior experience using AS400 software
