Team Lead of Execution and Maintenance - Mercado Envíos

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to maximize safety and optimize availability indicators (MTTR/MTBF).
• Execute the specialized maintenance program for the forklift fleet, ensuring constant operability and safety standards.
• Supervise the hiring and performance of providers in electrical systems, fire protection, and specialized services under strict contractual compliance.
• Develop team talent through continuous feedback and the standardization of the Way of Working (WOW) aligned with the Playbook.
• Ensure operational continuity and compliance with technological KPIs, collaborating with support areas to eliminate operational impacts.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in Maintenance or Technical Service within distribution centers or manufacturing plants.
• Experience in maintenance execution and management.
• Knowledge of robotics, electronics, automation, and mechanics.
• Basic knowledge in automation.
