Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training, coaching, and mentorship to Sales Representatives
- Manage team schedules and oversee activation booth setup and dismantle
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reporting
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting at various activation events
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of exceeding targets
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a sales environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for activation events
