About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to Sales Representatives
- Strategically manage and optimize team schedules for effective coverage at activation events
- Oversee the professional setup and dismantle of Neo activation booths
- Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and provide constructive feedback
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team at various activation events
- Collaborate with management to refine sales techniques and strategies
- Generate sales revenue by actively selling company products and services
- Track key sales metrics and provide regular reports on team performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of achieving targets
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a sales environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for activation events
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
