Team Lead, mRNA Vaccines Production

Responsibilities

• Manage all production operations and the direct team in accordance with cGMP standards and health and safety regulations
• Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary corrective actions
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain department regarding production schedules, inventory, and capacity planning
• Oversee personnel training, development, retention, and performance management through periodic interviews
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and health and safety rules within production areas
• Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) to complete documentation required for the timely release of commercial batches
• Investigate and assist in writing quality deviations and health and safety incidents

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
• 3 years of experience in personnel management
• University degree in science or engineering
• Strong written, oral communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work night shifts and work full-time on-site
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with peers and support departments
• Minimum of 2 years of work authorization required
