Team Lead - Microwave Network Deployment

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute customer demonstrations and deployments of Microwave Transmission Networks
• Lead and coordinate the field deployment team, monitoring performance and quality
• Develop and implement deployment strategies aligned with project objectives
• Oversee technical activities including Microwave Link installation, configuration, and integration
• Conduct RF site surveys and Link Budget Planning
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling to meet project deadlines
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders
• Compile and present deployment reports and performance metrics to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communication, or Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in wireless microwave or telecommunications field operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in IP networking and systems integration
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites
