Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, adjustment, and operation of machinery to produce goods according to specifications
• Support the acquisition of operation plans and the processing of manufacturing batches
• Perform cleaning, servicing, and routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal working order
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and carry out necessary repairs
• Identify machine issues and support process optimization for troubleshooting
• Administer operational processes and maintain accurate records of machine performance

Requirements

• Experience with machinery setup and adjustment
• Proficiency in machine maintenance and servicing
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and process optimization
• Strong skills in operational record keeping
