Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure patients and customers are delighted
• Assist customers with eyewear selections and provide expert product recommendations
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder
• Manage key optical and lab processes to ensure high-quality results
• Perform edging and mounting of lenses and custom fit glasses
• Maintain lab tools and systems, ensuring a safe working environment
• Train and support associates to strengthen their knowledge of optical technology and store processes

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong experience in both optical and retail environments
• Solid understanding of optical theory, merchandise, and basic optics
• Proven leadership and training experience
• Hands-on experience with edging and mounting
• Proficiency with computers, cash registers, and basic math

Preferred Qualifications

• State licensure or ABO Certification
• LensCrafters Final Eyewear Inspector Certification
• Completion of LensCrafters Quality, Fitting & Adjusting Program
• Experience with optical machinery and digital measurement systems like AccuFit
