Team Lead, Learning and Development

Responsibilities

• Plan learning design projects with instructional designers, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are met
• Translate project plans into clear task lists and monitor progress across the team
• Serve as the main point of contact for other teams and stakeholders to align expectations
• Organize and track the status of project approvals and reviews
• Support people management functions including project assignment and capacity monitoring
• Develop and manage a limited number of own e-learning projects as an instructional designer
• Support communication efforts for training launches and messaging
• Contribute to process improvements for team scalability

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Mid-/Senior-level Instructional Design or L&D experience
• 1+ year of experience in team coordination, leadership, or project management
• Strong AI literacy, including experience with custom GPTs
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Impeccable English oral and writing skills
