About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives / SDRs focused on SMB account management and lead generation
- Drive team performance across upsell revenue, cross-sell opportunities, and new SMB customer acquisition
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance feedback discussions
- Drive account growth strategies and ensure disciplined pipeline generation and deal closure
- Monitor team activity metrics and ensure strong CRM hygiene using Salesforce or similar platforms
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales leadership on account planning and revenue growth initiatives
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, SMB account management, or lead generation
- Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and closing short-cycle sales opportunities
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coaching sales teams
- Strong understanding of ICT, technology services, or digital solutions sales preferred
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field
