Team Lead Inhouse Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a telesales team of 8–10 Sales Managers through regular coaching and performance reviews
• Manage team performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing targeted measures to exceed sales targets
• Optimize existing sales processes and implement best practices to ensure scalable structures
• Execute sales strategies in close coordination with the Head of Inhouse Sales
• Foster a positive, high-performance, and collaborative team culture
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Provide regular reporting on results, developments, and optimization potential to leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales team leadership, ideally within Telesales or Inhouse Sales environments
• Strong ability to drive performance and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to delegate clearly and provide constructive feedback
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with a hands-on mentality
• Native or fluent German language skills (written and spoken) are required; English is a plus
