Team Lead - Industrial Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and inspect fixed machinery
• Plan and assign tasks with the help of the Supervisor
• Coordinate, assign, and supervise the work of employees under your responsibility
• Organize and participate in preventive and corrective shutdowns
• Analyze problems and find appropriate solutions
• Manage current and future parts supply needs
• Continuously develop team skills and maintain staff performance
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies and procedures
• Verify the quality of the team's work

Requirements

• DEP in industrial mechanics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial mechanics
• One year of experience in personnel management
• Knowledge of chain-driven and belt-driven machinery
• Excellent welding skills and knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hydraulic systems
• Leadership skills
• Priority management
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently
