Team Lead I - Eligibility & Enrollment

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily activities of the Eligibility staff at the onsite medical facility.
• Assist the Department Manager with staff training, workflow delegation, and inspection of tasks.
• Maintain time and attendance records for the team and provide regular account reports to management.
• Coordinate responsibilities during employee absenteeism or periods of heavy workload.
• Screen patients for state and federal eligibility programs and advise them on available assistance.
• Process escalated calls and ensure accurate documentation on patient accounts.
• Maintain professional working relationships with state and federal agencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general personal computer use.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare eligibility role (government or hospital).
