Team Lead HTML/Markup

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor technical personnel within the markup team
• Determine project requirements and develop efficient work schedules
• Delegate tasks and manage daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Liaise with team members and management to ensure projects meet high standards
• Motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment for problem-solving
• Identify and resolve technical problems in collaboration with the team
• Maintain transparency regarding team challenges, successes, and failures

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as an HTML coder
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Expertise in CSS/JS animation
• Experience with CSS pre-processors such as Sass or Less
• Proficiency with Git version control
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design and cross-browser layouts
• Experience using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop
• Understanding of web application performance optimization
• Intermediate level of English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Angular and TypeScript
