Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate team activities to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and performance
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and set objectives
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication
• Identify and resolve conflicts within the team
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members
• Report on team performance and project status to upper management

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
