Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and coaching to Sales Representatives
- Strategically manage team schedules to maximize sales opportunities at activation events
- Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and provide feedback
- Oversee the professional setup and dismantle of Neo activation booths
- Collaborate with management to refine sales techniques and acquisition strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of exceeding targets
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a sales environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for activation events
