About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of designers and QAs creating production-ready assets for digital and print media
- Create templates and style guides for new projects
- Ensure team adherence to existing templates and style guides
- Ensure timely delivery of projects
- Mentor and guide team members in technical and social skills
- Communicate effectively with clients
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a design or advertising agency
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Knowledge of automation tools for design workflows
- Proficiency in print processes including resolution, bleed, margins, and color management
- Expertise in layouts, typography, iconography, and packaging design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file sharing applications
- Experience managing a team of designers is a plus
