Team Lead Global OE Data Research

Responsibilities

• Lead the global OE data generation team to deliver accurate, efficient, and scalable OE data solutions.
• Act as the primary interface between global stakeholders and the OE data team to ensure alignment on business needs.
• Plan, assign, and manage tasks, projects, and priorities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement for OE data collection, validation, and maintenance.
• Lead project planning, define milestones, and monitor timelines for operational initiatives.
• Analyze workload capacity and resource needs to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards, and insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership experience with proven people management, coaching, and performance development capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of the automotive industry and Independent Aftermarket (IAM) products.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Category Management, or IT.
• Strong methodological skills in standardization, process documentation, and continuous improvement.
• High organizational and coordination competence in international and cross-regional environments.
• Fluent in professional English; German language skills are an advantage.
