Team Lead FSQA

Responsibilities

• Lead the FSQA team at the Verden site, including QA/QC and sanitation operations
• Drive the development and implementation of food safety and quality assurance processes
• Manage daily FSQA operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Monitor, analyze, and report FSQA performance using KPIs and trend analysis
• Evaluate quality deviations and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
• Coordinate the resolution of food safety incidents and recalls
• Collaborate with Production, Intralogistics, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams

Requirements

• Degree in food technology, food chemistry, nutrition science, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance in food/feed manufacturing
• Proven leadership experience in a production environment
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, and external audit processes
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Fluency in English and good command of German (B1/B2 level)
