Team Lead - Financial Reporting - Revenue

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue recognition and validation to ensure compliance with accounting standards, contractual terms, and company policies
• Lead, coach, and develop the revenue team, managing performance and fostering continuous improvement
• Supervise revenue forecasting, analyze trends, and support financial planning and scenario analysis
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and internal governance frameworks, maintaining strong revenue controls and supporting audits
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Contracts, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve revenue-related issues
• Prepare and review revenue dashboards and management reports to provide clear financial insights
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to optimize revenue management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in revenue management, FP&A, or commercial finance
• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Deep knowledge of IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA
