Team Lead - Events

About the Company

DX Mobilier Événementiel contributes to the success of Quebec's largest events, including festivals, sporting events, galas, and congresses. Their mission is to simplify the lives of event organizers by offering a Fun, Reliable, and Easy experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate installations at event sites
• Supervise teams ranging from 3 to 20 people (up to 45 for large events)
• Distribute tasks and ensure effective communication within the team
• Ensure installations respect plans, schedules, and quality standards
• Provide a professional client experience and collaborate with other site suppliers
• Participate in truck loading, deliveries, installations, and teardowns as needed
• Ensure operations are conducted safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Class 5)
• Good physical condition
• Availability for variable schedules (days, evenings, nights, and weekends)
• Functional English
• Ability to commute to the Anjou warehouse

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the event industry
• Experience in logistics, delivery, moving, or catering
• Experience in field team supervision
