Team Lead, Email Deliverability

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced deliverability support to customers and internal teams
• Carry and service a portfolio of assigned customers with paid consulting entitlements
• Oversee, nurture, and grow a regional team of deliverability consultants
• Interface directly with prospects and customers to build trust and strong relationships
• Function as an escalation point for deliverability issues and customer retention
• Aid in long-term strategic deliverability planning for high-touch brands
• Partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth teams
• Lead strategic projects to mature process, product, and customer education

Requirements

• Experience coaching or mentoring email deliverability consultants
• Very strong understanding of email deliverability space and technical concepts
• Demonstrated consultative approach to issue analysis and root cause identification
• High familiarity coordinating with mailbox providers, blocklist operators, and filtering companies
• Proven experience identifying and implementing process optimization
• Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving mindset with operational tools
