Team Lead, Electrical Engineering

About the Company

SKAKO Concrete develops and delivers quality equipment and plants for concrete manufacturing. The business includes production, design, project management, sales, service, and maintenance. The company has approximately 100 employees, primarily based in Faaborg, Denmark, with a global presence in the USA, France, England, Germany, and Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three electrical specialists
• Take technical and coordinating responsibility for the electrical discipline across international turnkey projects
• Perform initial electrical technical clarifications based on drawing foundations
• Ensure compliance with customer requirement specifications and proactively challenge solutions
• Provide electrical expertise and technical sparring during the bidding phase
• Manage projects from the sales phase to the delivery of complete electrical documentation, including safety diagrams
• Maintain and develop master data and contribute to the standardization of drawing foundations and electrical diagrams
• Ensure correct ordering from subcontractors, particularly regarding electrical panels and components

Requirements

• Educated as an electrical installer, marine engineer, or electrical engineer
• Solid professional background in heavy current (stærkstrøm)
• Experience in a technical and project-oriented role
• Ability to work structured and systematically with high attention to quality and detail
• Professional communication skills in both Danish and English
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and meet deadlines
