Team Lead Design Operations

Responsibilities

• Own production management of several hundred digital and print assets per month
• Lead and mentor a team of 7 designers and 7-8 external freelancers
• Foster a culture of ownership, outcomes, and continuous improvement
• Establish a data-driven design mindset using digital analytics and testing
• Develop hypotheses and testing plans for creative variations across social, CRM, and print
• Align with conception and video teams on narratives and messaging hierarchies
• Ensure brand and campaign consistency across all touchpoints
• Improve intake, briefing, scoping, and prioritization processes
• Maintain asset libraries, design systems, and component libraries
• Define and automate workflows in Wrike or Jira
• Manage the creative tech-stack including Figma, Miro, and Adobe

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in design or creative roles
• 2–4 years leading a multi-channel design or creative ops team in e-commerce
• Experience with localization at scale and multi-market creative operations
• Proven record of improving creative performance through systematic testing
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with project management tools like Wrike or Jira
• Data literacy with ability to interpret experiment results and dashboards
• Strong people leadership skills including hiring, coaching, and conflict resolution
