Team Lead, Delivery Station

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and coaching on Amazon processes, products, and SOPs to Associates
• Manage shift operations and support the DC manager in driving the operational plan
• Maintain and publish routine performance reporting and actionable recommendations
• Build and manage a multi-layer team through on-the-job coaching and mentoring
• Handle day-to-day operational escalations and manage stakeholder relationships
• Work with station teams to improve operational efficiency and delivery experience

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer-facing environments, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel
