Team Lead-Data Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a group of associates to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the Ratings Operations team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Rating Analysts, Managing Directors, and senior stakeholders
• Mentor, develop, and support team members while partnering with senior leadership to drive performance and growth
• Oversee team quality assurance by reviewing data discrepancy reports and ensuring proper documentation and resolution
• Drive operational excellence by recommending process improvements and enhancing workflow efficiency
• Manage team performance through regular reporting, tracking productivity metrics, and delivering performance reviews
• Ensure timely execution of daily requests and maintain accurate process documentation and user manuals

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience, including financial services or financial data/process management
• Proven experience in management or supervisory roles
• Bachelor's degree, ideally within a financial discipline
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong strategic and tactical management skills with the ability to lead high-performance teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex concepts to senior audiences
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and an interest in leveraging AI for process efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
