About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
  • Monitor key metrics including NPS, retention, and account health
  • Support team members in contract renewals and upsell/cross-sell initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver consistent value
  • Implement tools and processes to increase team efficiency and streamline communications
  • Guide the team in conducting regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management
  • 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
  • Track record of exceeding customer retention and expansion targets
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry or predictive maintenance technology
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and remote communication tools like Zoom and Slack
