About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model
- Manage day-to-day team activities, including delegating tasks and monitoring progress
- Handle key holder responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures and cash handling
- Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Assist in all store departments, including POS management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
- Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives
- Adhere to all company policies regarding asset protection, inventory control, and compliance
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to climb and descend ladders and move merchandise throughout the store
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a store leadership or supervisory role
