Team Lead Content Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead part of the content team while remaining hands-on in high-impact projects
• Drive online growth for clients from strategy to execution
• Refine positioning and content strategies
• Review copy and shape thought leadership
• Own and lead client relationships, including onboarding, strategy, reviews, and roadmap planning
• Coach and mentor content marketers to help them grow and perform

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in content marketing (B2B, fast-scaling, or agency preferred)
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Currently based in The Netherlands
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Strong strategic thinking combined with execution skills
• Growth mindset and ability to take full ownership
