Team Lead – Content Editing – Omnichannel

Responsibilities

• Lead the Content Editing team within the Content Operations Hub to ensure seamless business continuity and alignment with global priorities.
• Manage resources, budget allocation, and vendor relationships to support content production and digital marketing tools.
• Oversee content creation, modular content development, and technical production while driving GenAI and digital presence optimization.
• Report on content performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Mentor and coach team members on content, agile methodologies, automation, and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the GTMC pillar to build digital transformation solutions and standardize tools and processes.
• Ensure high scientific standards and adherence to compliance and regulatory procedures for all branded and unbranded content.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in content creation or optimization within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medico-marketing domain.
• At least 2 years of experience leading and managing diverse teams.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline.
• Proficiency in GenAI prompting and awareness of GenAI content frameworks.
• Advanced expertise in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong stakeholder management and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience with modular content, content tagging, or digital asset management is preferred.
