Team Lead - CM

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cash Management team within Finance Shared Services to support Corporate Treasury
• Manage day-to-day cash management operational activities to ensure adequate liquidity
• Oversee the issuance of LCs, Bank Guarantees, and the timely settlement of import collection documents
• Liaise with banks regarding export LC confirmations and handle document negotiation and scrutiny
• Manage bank transfers, ACH, foreign remittances, and bank account administration
• Develop reports to identify Group Forex exposure and maintain MIS for hedging purposes
• Track key performance metrics and develop strategies to automate treasury and cash management functions
• Ensure adequate internal controls and segregation of duties are maintained

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, and Trade Finance
• Proven experience handling bulk import shipments
• Previous experience working in a Shared Services or BPO environment
• Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance
