Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Recruit new team members and take on personnel responsibility for the team
• Support the Engineering Unit Manager with people management and business growth
• Manage and support the career development of team members
• Contribute to technical solutions and sales activities for new projects
• Develop technical customer proposals
• Participate in technical delivery and assignments for customers

Requirements

• University degree in mechanics, product development, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Team Lead, or Technical Lead
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Catia, NX, Creo, or similar tools
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
