Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets in the US market
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on enterprise-level clients and pipeline generation
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team through coaching and training
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to align sales strategies
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and optimize sales strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation for sales processes, best practices, and training materials
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading Business Development Executive teams in the US region
- Experience in enterprise-level sales
- Experience in Business Development within a B2B SaaS company
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from sales data
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in the Conversational AI (ConvAI) space
- Fluency in additional Southern European languages
