Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site event operations and serve as the primary point of contact
• Coordinate event setup, execution, and teardown
• Supervise and support the Brand Ambassador team to ensure guest experience standards are met
• Manage inventory, product replenishment, and activation assets
• Assist with guest engagement and step into Brand Ambassador responsibilities as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe activation space
• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate updates with the Brand Momentum team

Requirements

• Food Handler Certification
• Valid full G driver's license
• Ability to drive a U-Haul or similar-sized cargo vehicle
• Availability for mandatory virtual training on August 5, pre-event prep on August 7, and activation dates August 9 & 10
• Experience in team leadership, experiential marketing, event management, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
