Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team during the 2nd shift to ensure operational efficiency
• Stage orders and ensure all necessary products are at the line before the team arrives
• Maintain machine speed and monitor production quality
• Communicate with the Shift Assistant regarding machine readiness for tool changes
• Review partial orders, put-away product, and scrap at the end of the shift for proper disposal
• Assist with building displays and support the team wherever needed

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead a team of production members
• Knowledge of general safety policies and processes
• Availability to work overtime, various shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
