Team Lead Architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 10-15 architects both technically and disciplinarily
• Support the team in the professional execution of sustainable projects
• Ensure integral planning understanding within the team
• Manage project quality assurance and economic success
• Ensure continuous implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the planning process
• Monitor training and development needs of individual employees
• Develop and implement employee acquisition strategies in collaboration with HR

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
• Over 10 years of relevant leadership and professional experience in planning and coordinating large-scale projects
• Extensive knowledge of planning regulations, laws, and standards
• Proficient CAD and BIM skills, ideally in Revit
• Strong interest in sustainability and the Green Deal
• Proven leadership competence and passion for mentoring young employees
• Business fluent German; English is an advantage
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality
