Team Lead, AMZL-DS

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shift activities at the Delivery Center (DC) to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Lead a team of associates across assigned shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Drive adherence to KPIs and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure timely processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
• Support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
