About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the Account Manager Team (>10 AMs) across multiple European markets
  • Build, mentor, coach, and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team
  • Ensure account management acts as the voice of the customer internally
  • Develop and implement an upsell motion to drive Net Retention Rate (NRR)
  • Strategically plan and implement projects to improve department efficiency and performance
  • Provide actionable feedback through call shadowing and coaching

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B customer success and account management
  • Proven leadership experience coaching and mentoring teams
  • Experience scaling operations in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
  • Background from a top-tier business school or a technical background (e.g., industrial engineering)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • C2 level English proficiency
  • Proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus
