About the role
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Account Manager Team (>10 AMs) across multiple European markets
- Build, mentor, coach, and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team
- Ensure account management acts as the voice of the customer internally
- Develop and implement an upsell motion to drive Net Retention Rate (NRR)
- Strategically plan and implement projects to improve department efficiency and performance
- Provide actionable feedback through call shadowing and coaching
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B customer success and account management
- Proven leadership experience coaching and mentoring teams
- Experience scaling operations in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Background from a top-tier business school or a technical background (e.g., industrial engineering)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- C2 level English proficiency
- Proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus
