Team Lead 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the development and execution of departmental plans to achieve objectives in safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Monitor individual and departmental performance to meet customer needs
• Foster a positive work environment through clear communication practices
• Ensure assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instructions, and tools to successfully perform their jobs
• Determine work priorities based on the production schedule and customer needs

Requirements

• Experience supervising or leading a team, either formally or informally
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both salaried and production personnel
• Ability to work multiple shifts and work overtime as required, including some weekend work
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement (CI) processes and 5S methodology
• Experience using statistical tools and techniques to drive results
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution and material flow processes
• Familiarity with SAP / EWM
