Team Head Retail

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of customer advisors in the Brig-Zermatt region
• Oversee daily operational business with a sharp focus on efficiency and quality
• Implement systematic market development measures to grow the client base
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions to ensure long-term relationships
• Act as a change agent, guiding the team through digital transformation and evolving market trends
• Utilize innovative technologies to align the team with UBS's digital strategy

Requirements

• Commercial training, ideally supplemented by further education in banking or finance
• Proven leadership experience and strong organizational talent
• High level of customer orientation and strong sales/closing skills
• Deep knowledge of the local market and ability to build client portfolios
• Empathy and a passion for working with people
• Fluency in German; proficiency in French and English is an advantage
