About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement document and data management solutions with a focus on document control and records management
- Process document types through procedural steps in accordance with established guidelines and numbering systems
- Receive, track, and monitor documents using management programs to maintain databases and produce logs and reports
- Maintain data distribution systems and schedules based on client, project, and supplier requirements
- Expedite the review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internal documents
- Manage document retention, cataloging, and long-term storage or disposal at project closeout
- Assist junior document control staff and serve as a liaison between support groups, home office, and field personnel
- Delegate and direct the work activities of the project document control team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Must be a Saudi National
