Team Business Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and deliver senior leadership across a portfolio of key UK clients
• Manage the Pod sales pipeline, ensuring excellent forecasting and pipeline hygiene
• Partner with Business Development to onboard new clients and build long-term relationships
• Review monthly campaign profitability to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with Business Affairs and Finance to ensure accurate partnership paperwork
• Provide strategic leadership in developing innovative, market-leading strategies
• Stay ahead of emerging trends within the Creator Economy to provide creative business solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of agency or platform experience with a focus on business development
• Senior-level experience in creative advertising partnerships and contractual negotiations
• Experience at an Influencer, Social, PR, or Creative agency or Platform preferred
• Proven team management and leadership experience
• Strategic thinker capable of using data to drive decision making
• Deep understanding of creator marketing and the broader marketing ecosystem
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
